Hello, I am a Psychological Wellbeing Practitioner with experience in Cognitive behavioural Therapy (CBT) self help strategies. Recently, I attended training in the Acceptance Commitment therapy (ACT) approach in Birmingham.
I lived in the UK for 17 years; I worked in the NHS- mental health for 10 years (5yrs in Psychological Therapies). I use strategies based on CBT for dealing with stress, depression, anxiety disorders (generalised, panic, OCD, social anxiety, phobias) and adjustment problems with long term health conditions or life changes.
Sessions can be face to face, or on phone or Skype, Whatsapp etc.
